By accessing or using Muslim Referrals ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.
Eligibility and Account Registration
To use our Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Platform Purpose and Use
Muslim Referrals is designed to facilitate professional connections and referrals within our community. The Platform is intended for legitimate professional networking and job referral purposes only. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to spam or harass other users, to misrepresent your identity or qualifications, or to engage in any activity that could harm the Platform or its users.
User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information in your profile and communications. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Referral Process
Muslim Referrals facilitates connections between job seekers and referrers. We do not guarantee that any referral will result in employment. Referrers are not obligated to provide referrals to any user, and the decision to refer rests solely with the referrer. We do not vet candidates, and referrers agree to independently evaluate and conduct their own due diligence to determine whether a candidate would be a valuable addition to their company. We encourage (but do not require) users to collaborate on volunteer projects to build familiarity and help referrers make more informed decisions. The ultimate hiring decision rests with the employer. We are not responsible for the outcome of any referral or job application.
Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Muslim Referrals and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Platform without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any user content or the qualifications of any user.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muslim Referrals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.
No Affiliation; Company Removal Requests
Muslim Referrals is an independent social platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any company listed on the Platform. Company names are used for identification only. If you are an authorized representative of a company and want your company removed, please contact us via the Contact page and we will review your request.
